Verification documents submitted but still getting repeated calls for submisson of same

Hi,

I got call from airtel regarding documents submission for verification.

I went to aundh's customer relationship centre and submitted all the required documents.

But still I am receiving calls regarding the same.

When I went to relationship centre (after trying to make 100's of call but no response) they said my documents have already been sent.

However, the customer care executive says that they have not received the documents.
