My Airtel Friendz plan has been changed without any prior notice

Hi,

I had bought a Airtel friendz sim card in Aug it was working fine as per plan till 20th Oct

But now from last one week, I am charged with some variable call rates 1Rs/Min as it was 10Paise/min before. I have talked to customer care about the matter, then told me that the company has changed the friends plan without noticing the concerned customer. They said your call charges will be 1Rs/min. I request you to provide the plan specifications details if any one of you have and also the Airtel customer care also.

Please help me on this.
