Freind Plan deactivate without inform

My friends plan deactivate on 26 Oct. Before did not remind me about this. I complaint to customer care they told me tat your friends plan will be activate within 24 hrs but today is 27 Oct my friends plan not activate.when cal not possible to activate friends plan... I am totally dissatisfied with this, they did not inform me before deactivate my friends plan... I don't know what to do? please take strictly action on it ..
