Alance deduction

Dear sir,

I have airtel no. 9805130196. it has balance 20Rs on 23.07.2011. which was refunded by airtel company as it was deducted for airtel radio service and this service was by mistake when phone was switch off. the same case again here phone switch off and balance deducted and customer care has no justification for it. Even I talked to Team Leader Mr. Jagpreet Singh, he was saying as system is not showing data as it is three months before now so he can't help me. So I am here to file complaint against company.

this happening is for the fourth time with this number, thats why I mostly switch off this number.
