Echarged amount not updated

My mobile no. is 9892713902-I have recharged for Rs. 100/- on 04.09.11. But the same was recharged sucessfully, but not effected in regular balance. They have loaded as RC for STD given time upto 18.09.11. I have called their call centre so many times, the recharged was wrongly loaded in STD instead of regular balance. They have not obliged. Repeated reminders to their call centre and nodal officer. They have not rectified. The entire amount of Rs. 100/- could not be utilized. Further I would like to state that when I called STD it was not debited in my STD balance alloted by them, but it was debited in my regular balance. After repeated complaints, the following unethical acts done by the provider.

1) Link to the call centre disconnected.

2) There is no uniformity in their charges.

3) Variation in the call between the usage and debiting.

4) Without any information, they are debiting some amount towards this or that charges (After fighting with them, they have given credit of Rs. 65/- instead of Rs. 105/- towards some services provided without any acceptance from our end. )

5) On yesterdayI recd a call from their service centre and let me know within 10 mnts. No reply is received till today.

6) When I am in roaming, the other state call centre is not responding properly.

Therefore, I request you to take up the necessary action against the service provider immediately and get the amount of recharged Rs. 100/- and Rs. 40/- for the charges deducted at the earliest.

I am facing the same problem in other numbers provided by the airtel.

Kindly look into the same immediately.
