Airtel
No top up in rs.200 recharge

I got a airtel recharge done on 25th october at 6:43pm of rs.200 (trans id-693336996).i just got a talktime of rs.1 and a month's validity.i called airtel and found out that it was a plan meant for 3G customers. As mine is not a 3G enabled set. The plan has got no use for me.therefore i request you to cancel the plan and give me talktime instead because its a waste of money for me.
