Balance deduction

Balance is reduced without activating any service from our side. Balance is reduced via some reasons such as subscribing automatically to 'hello tunes' service or 'hungama content game download' etc. When inquired from customer care employee they reply that it have been activated from the mobile service user and not by any Airtel service provider. My Airtel number on which these problems occur is 7709818456.
