Cutting balance

Sir, airtel com . are very bad, because one.. no network..any where secound his cut my balance daily one rupees, im calling customer care but not get correct and satifaction with answer ..

firstly im sending portable num (airtel 2 uninor) and after 5 days call me from airtel and ask me why r u portalbe.ths no, plz sir dont portable no.. and he telll me plz cancel portable request and we are giving u 10 paise (air 2 air) and 1/2 (air to other) without any chrage but sir after 3 month cuttin g daily 1 rs sir . plz help me my airtel no, is 9860238318.
