My brothers cell phone provider AIRTEL has barred the outgoing calls due to the non submission of the document proofs. He has submitted the document proofs but the guys are not responding properly, when asked the customer care they ask to contact the airtel store nearby and when they are approached they ask to complain it to the customer care.
