I have been a customer of Airtel –Post Paid for the last 2 to 3 years. Recently, I have been facing severe connectivity problems in my office and residence. Therefore, I resolved to port to another service provider 2 (Six) times and subsequently placed my Porting request to Airtel-Postpaid for my Airtel (Mobile No:9004076095 and 7738147095 in the name of Mr. Sayed Suhel).

one executive visited to check the connectivity on 28th October and told me it will be solved in two days and from then he vanished. and then they have rejected my porting request, then again i complained on 5th November complaint No. 40444821 they said they will solve the problem by 10th November, then again they called and told me your problem will be solved by 14th November, but it is still not solved.

Today that is on 15th again i made a complaint, the interaction id is 961232032 mr. Mr. Shailesh now he is telling me your problem will be solved by 18th November, i dont know what to do, please help me in this matter.

I, being a Sr. Lecturer and counseller, am facing serious communication problems with my students.

I, therefore, earnestly request the Airtel Management to enable my Porting request in future and help me to get out of this existing imbroglio.
