Poor customer service

My name is bala from trichy. my mobile no 9940272968. I have been using this mobile no for the past 5 years. My netive place trichy but now i am working in pondicherry.my sim card got broken and demaged, Some time it will get network problem, My thought if i change my sim card, it will solved. This mobile no more important to me. that's why yesterday i went to Airtel relationship centre at pondicherry (no:87, lenin street, pondicherry). There, i met airtel prepaid customer care office and submit my proof to him for repalce sim card, they asked me what this is?.. what is there?. is this id proof? like this.i am totally unexpected that. i don't know his name.pls consider my complaint..
