Deducted in my bank account but it is not recharged

Dear Sir,

when i was recharging my account for 50 airtel number, the amount has

been deducted in my bank account but it is not recharged.

The problem is the payment gateway is returned "Oops! Your payment of Rs.50 was rejected by your bank.", But the amount of 50 has

been deducted from my bank account, Kindly revert back,
