Cheating/ fraud/ breach of trust by Airtel

On Oct. 20, Airtel deducted Rs. 99 from my account for activating 2G services, which I never activated. On persistent complaints, they remited ti back and tendered apology. This month on 20th they have repeated the same thing. This is cheating and criminal breach of trust. I am now going to take legal action against them and propagate this cheating everywhere. I want to know if there are many people who are beng cheated in the same manner??
