Un-necessary deduction

I have already contact many times to Airtel Customer Executive regarding un-necessary deduction from my Airtel Prepaid mobile bearing No. 9612688151, but no positive response came & they said u activate some VAS service.. but I can't... when i told them i talk to your nodel officer, they said they don't know the name... disgusting...

It is my request please refund my deducted amount to my mobile no. as mentioed above..
