Wrong balance deduction

Since last 2, 3 months airtel is deducting my balance i spoke with the supervisor of airtel as well i tried to complain but nothing is happening they are always misleading me. I am really upset with the airtel services and on top of that the customer care people and supervisers are giving me wrong information they are not even justifying the job.. ma mobile nmr.
