ONE RUPEE EXTRA ON THE RECHARGE COUPON

Airtel is such a big telecommuncation brand in india & has a maximum number of subscriber all over india, but thet are not taking an action over the one rupee extra on the charge of coupon. Customer is already paying so much of the tax on the coupon & beside that one rupee extra is being taken from the customer without any reason. This is going on openly in most part of the city --hyderabad. I have informed this many times to the nodal officer but no action is being taken from their side to stop this.please take an action against them
