Phone not working after MNP

Hello,

I had ported my number into Airtel about a month ago. Since then, my phone kept getting disconnected every 3-4 days. I have visited the customer service center 8 times. I have submitted documents twice. About 10 days ago I was given a replacement SIM card which has still not started working. I added funds to the SIM card but it still says I dont have enough balance to make calls.

The customer service center people tell me that they have done everything from their side. I emailed 121@in.airtel.com, and they said it was because they have not received my forms. They asked me to contact the Nodal Officer if my problems are still not resolved.

The current status is - my number is not working. It is very strange that Airtel would trouble customers who are porting IN to the service.
