Charging for not selected services

I am having Airtel number 9898573781. Since last 6-7 months airtel is charging for video service automatically without my approval & any information. i have talked with airtel customer care 4-5 times for the same problem & also sent messages to stop the service, but than also they are charging. i am very much frustrated now. most of the times whenever i need to call urgent, i cant because there is no balance on my cell because of deduction from airtel. every time Rs.7 is deducted. My mobile is an ordinary one without gprs & multimedia features. I need my balance back whatever deducted from last 6-7 months. Thank YOu
