Complaint - VAS Amount deduction

Dear Airtel Nodal Office,
I am bearing Airtel prepaid connection – 9960781950, on which I am facing issues of my balance getting deducted by activating useless services automatically.
Couple of days back Rs 20/- were deducted, then in last week again some pack was activated & Rs 10/- are deducted (reference no of complaint – CBDOV21128827783) & answer I get Is you should have called in 24hrs.
Such kind of incidences are occurring quite frequently now a days, this is really frustrating of every time calling the call center & getting the services deactivated, I guess this is being done intentionally to generate the revenues by this way or the other.
Could you please look into this to get this resolved
