Problem facing to disconect the post paid connection

Hi To whom so ever concerned,

I am vani kalal and i have been using the number"9650878637" for more than 2 yrs when was in NCR. Now i have shifted out of delhi and wanna close this number. Had called to customer care to get the procedure to disconnect the number and i was given haryana customer care number to get in touch. Have called more than twice for 3 days continously to the Haryana customer care but call would get disconected. i have visit the Airtel outlet and i didn't get any solution from them.

I Have been charged unnecessarily amount around 700 Rs as monthly rent for which i was not liable as i had not used the number in the last couple of months. If same continues i will have to take serious action as i am not getting any support from airtel service and hencforth i will not be paying any bill charged for the number "9650878637".

It's my humble request to look into the issue.
