No. not working

We have a prepaid mobile no.7607792499.My no. was not working. We inquired from Airtel Customer Care, they told that our KYC docs were not received. We again deposited KYC docs & duplicate SIM was issued from retail outlet after charging Rs.25/-.Airtel customer care also informed that our request for SIM exchange is completed successfully but my no. is not working so for. Kindly help.
