Sim registration failed

Last week as i got up i was not able to make call and recive call .i went to airtel dealer and asked about the problem he said that ur sim registration is failed, i don, t know why and how.same day before this problem i recharged my sim with rs 225 (FULL TALK TIME).i suffred a lot due to this.now pls tell me what to do? how i will get my number back and the amount also. my airtel no was 9199497372, sim no.89915231000091651087 h3.
