Incoming calls not processed

Respected Sir,

I am Nirbhik Sengupta owner of the number 9163974748 (Airtel) want to register a complaint about the constant harassment by my mobile service provider. Inspite of submitting all documents and the validity of my number (upto july 14) as shown on checking validity from my number, my incoming calls are not being processed and the caller is informed "THIS NUMBER IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE". I tried calling 198 and complaining but they aren't processing my call to their customer care executive. I will be highly thankful if the problem is sorted out at the earliest as I am in urgent need of the number to be functioning properly.
