Extra money dedected

Dear sir,

I request to you that my prepaid mobil no 9871482425 currently active service with Tarif Rs 28.00 means airtel to airtel local 1.0 paise & other 1.2 paise . but now days airtel to airtel local & other my balance detected extra.iam inform to Air Tel customer care facing this problem.but my problem not solve till date.so please naccessary action on my complaint.
