Problem with call tariff

On friday (9the december) i applied for port out.on saturday i received a call and the person calling me gave a offer to stay with airtel.the offer given was airtel to airtel 1p/6sec and airtel to otheers 1p/2 sec. i confirmed it that i wont go for the porting.but today is monday till now i havent got the offer and 50 paise has been deducted for each call that i made from saturday till today... i have never heard airtel doing this kind of things with their customer... i hope my problem will be resolved and i will get the offer or else may be i have to go for the porting...
