My telephone number is 0124-4235026. For past 3 months My Airtel landline is not working.

I have made several complaints. Till now no action has been taken, neither anyone has contacted me for complaints.

Further i have requested not to generate bills for this period as i am unable to use this connection.

Collection centre staff keep calling me for payment of bills for the period phone was not working.

Kindly look into this on urgent basis as it is causing lots of inconvenience to me.
