Yesterday I got a message from DD-topup that 'your request for recharge of Rs 60 cannot be processed' and they deducted my 60 rupees. They have done this type of cheating many times earlier also. I've fed up with these. Please refund at least this 60 rupees. Please don't repeat this fraudulent actions in the future.
