Fake bill from airtel

I have 0120-4203430 no. from airtel. i was agreed to waive off Rs.2000 and a receipt was given to me. but they did not update their record and included that 2000 rs in their next bill. they also disconnected our line. even after regular complaints they didnt responded to it.
