Alance deduction

Respected Sir/Madam,

I m Ansh, a reguler user of airtel (8527455420) Prepaid service since but I m facing lots of prblem related to VAS (value added service) that airtel starts its own, without intimating me & starts deducting the mobile account balance,

and i m facing a recent problem that Airtel company are dedecting my main a/c balance while using internet although i'v allready activated internet pack.

It was really a mental harassment for me, even I make a call to Customer care, though my mobile executive always tell that he is transferring to senior but disconnect the call. sometimes they say that your complain is forwarded. but nothing happens.more than 600 Rs/- deducted from my a/c.
