Poor service & not responding

This is faisal from pondy.i am using airtel network for the past 4 years, no is 9791631800.

if i try to call from my no to another no, call not going. it will says "to low make a call". Even i have a sufficiant balance in my acount.

then every 5 mins 10paise deducted in my account.i have facing those problem for past 3 days.

3 times i made a call to airtel customer care regards this problem. But not clear answer and not response my calls.

All my business are affected for this problem.i have suffered mentaly regards this problem.

please understand my problem and resolve it. otherwise i will going to mobile portability.
