Worst customer care

Hi this is akhilesh kishore. My mobile no. is 9970884049,

I call up air tel customer care many times to solve my problems but neither the company nor their any staff have taken any initiative to solve my complaint.

my problem is from April whenever i go in roaming my outgoing facility is barred by this air tel.

i complain about this to then in April, June, Sept, Oct, Nov & Dec total 7 (seven) times but nothing has been done.

In place of solving my problem the company barred my no for customer care so that i cant complaint any more. Till date i cant call on 198.

Although i already launch a complain about this thrice.

and when ever i am in roaming the company cutting my balance,

is this the way to provide service to customer, why not TRAI banning these CHOR & DACOIT companies its really matter of same for TRAI.

If you can do any thing then please do, and thought a lesson to these CHOR companies.
