Rs.25/- was debited for 2 MB file

Dear sir, i am using Blackberry 8520 Curve. On dated 29.12.2011 i am surfing at blackberry apps world only 1 to 2 minutes and downloaded a 2 MB size file, after downloading completed i was closed the blackberry apps world and show the balance, i am socked to see the balance i was charged Rs.25/-...!!! So please look in to the matter.
