Harassment by the company

This is to bring to notice about the harassment caused by AIRTEL and their third party recovery agents to the general public. I myself have been the recent victim of the same. I was using an airtel mobile number 98920-59991 in Mumbai and due to some service issues i decided to close this number. now after 4-5 months i am getting calls from airtel regarding non-payment of the bill and they are using very abusive and bad languages. They are also calling to my friends and relatives and doing the same. The number from which i am getting calls is 022-40742701. I request you to take some action against these kind of recovery procedure.
