Lost my main balance and my gprs data

I did recharged Rs 149 GPRS plan to get 2gb on day and 1gb on night for 30days but after one day i did not get the 2 gb . on that day i got the 2gb but after one day suddenly it has vanished the rest data and my rest main balance also.it is necessary to refund my main banalce and my GPRS rest data.
