Unsolicitated phone call from pakistan

I have nos of phone call on my mobile from the following nos923417915644.

i check and found that the country code 92 is of Pakistan.

I am surprised since I do not know anybody there.

Why is this happening? I also noticed on this site similar complaints from other people so i decided to place my own complaint.
