Deduction of balance

I am Kamaraj and my mobile no is 9790824755.I activated Mini GPRS pack of Rs 5/day on 20.12.2012.

They deducted RS 5/ from my balance and sent an confirmation message for activation of the pack. But after some times I noticed they have charged Rs 100 for using internet.ie my balance got reduced from Rs 142 to Rs 42.When I called customer care no connection was made to speak with customer care representative. I am fed up with their service. I need my balance back.
