Deduct Money for hello tune without subscription

After my previous complaint get some acknowledgement from airtel as below

On last Friday (20/1) I have received message from airtel like you hello tune is stopped and get 50 rupees back in my account.

i do not know what type of calculation they have done for 50 rupees.

But on my calculation they have deduct 50 rupees for prepaid bill online statement which is still not reached in my mail id as well money for hello tune.

deduct money is more then 50 rupees.

I am still happy with airtel i want more clarification from him
