Network issue and poor management

Do you know how ridiculous it sounds when your phone gets hung after every 10-15secs, when you cant have network in a city like Mumbai, when you needs to hang up before entering an elevator or stairs, when your friends complain that your phone is always unavailable...!!

This is what Airtel is providing me... bad network, bad response from the customer care. Is this the reason why their rentals are so CHEAP, because they know for a fact that half of the time the phone wouldn't work.

I have reported the issue to the centre 5 times and spoke zillion times... Hence, this is my final try to get any kind of response from their end; otherwise I'd be happy to shift to VODAFONE, which is by-far the most effective, in any given way.
