Deduction of money from cell phone

Though I newer activated any service on my cell phone even then I was getting some SHAYARI sms automatically for last few months. Today morning I received a sms that I have been charged Rs 1.0 for subscribing SHAIRI service while i never subscribed for such service. Even after deactivating the service i again received a SHAYARI sms and charged the money for that.

The same day in the evening I received a sms that I have been charged Rs. 15 for activating HELLO TUNES. All cell phone companies have made this their business. They make fool of us. Please help us.
