Dear All,

Request you all not to never take Airtel Mobile Connection. Their customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. I made my 1st complaint on 3rd January. The NODAL OFFICER OF MUMBAI replied asking to give them a time of 3 days within which my problem will be solved. 2 Weeks passed by and again I wrote to them on 18th January and then again on 20th January reminding them of their commitment. Again I got a reply saying that we will get back to you in 3 Days. Its 23rd January today and I am still expecting them to get back to me. I have been experiencing serious problems right from the time Airtel servers went down around 20th December. There has been serious problems with my network connectivity and also with net connection.Net speed I am getting around 2.5 kbps to 1.5kbps on my Blackberry Internet Service. What kind of service are they providing to their customers. Is this the kind of service that we are paying such a hefty price for? And the worst is they don’t even bother to reply back to us.
