Automatic deduction of balance

Dear sir,

I want to register a complaint regarding deduction of my Airtel balance for unsubscribed services. Every day i get some msg ' and my balance gets reduced. i have not done a single call but my balance becomes nil. It's really frustrating for me to pay for something that i have not asked for.

So sir please look into the matter. I am living in UP and my Airtel no. is 09621919783.
