Network problem

My self sahil bansal from ludhiana, punjab.i have a serious problem of network.whenever i am calling to anyone, the call will disconnect automatically when i am placing a call or some times in 1 or 2 minutes.i was complained to the customer care but no response.my mobile number is (91-9779964230).
