Airtel unwarrented sms and services

Pack" like "Airtel Gyan" activated against my mobile number and deducting money. Upon contact to the customer care executive, the person de-activated that service. After a week the same "Airtel Gyan" service has been activated again. Every week this service, activated and I'm calling customer care for deactivation... Its nuisance frustration and mental fatigue to keep on calling them and also nil balance in the mobile number.
