Failure of Broadband/Landline

Dear sir,

I am using Airtel broadband, my land line number is 0522-4004198 registered in name of Akshet Goyal. My Broadband connection is not working since 10 of Jan i even lodged many complaints for Broadband failure but no action has been taken till date. Then i marked a mail to nodal upeast in reply of which i received a mail stating that this number has been disconnected under NDNC (National Do Not Call) violation, however, first of all this is to bring to your kind notice that till date no single call has been made by me from landline till date hence NDNC can not be violated and this even can be cross checked with my previous bills of airtel.

Secondly on contacting TRAI i received a confirmation that no Landline has been disconnected by them for NDNC and entire default lies on end of Airtel.

kindly look into the matter seriously and take necessary actions immediately.

Please take necessary steps to help me out.
