Deduction of money

I wanted to use internet pack rupees of 5. And its validity was till night 12:00am on the activation of the day.

But i requested to activate it on 04/02 about to 10:00 am to 12:00 am but it was not activate at that time. I called to customer care at that day but he showed disability to solve the problem. It was activated on that night time about 10:00pm which was the near about pack expiry time. So i request to do some necessary action
