Unwanted charges

Dear sir,

My mobile no is 9939750227 .today amount of Rs.30 has been deducted from my prepaid account for video talkies subscription.and i have not opted the option.same thing was happen 2 month earlier and Rs 40 was deducted.kindly, look after this matter and refund the money.
