Balance not updated to regular account but dedicated account

My airtel number is 9601831067. i recharged my airtel number from karnataka as i was roaming. the recharge was of rs. 250/- but all the amount directly went into my dedicate accound and not my regular account. because of this, my balance is still showing as 0.00. this is highly unacceptable. I called customer care and they said that the amount has been added to my dedicate account and they can do nothing about it. what is the use of the recharge then. i am not able to make or recieve any calls on my mobile.
