Balance Deducted Unreasonably

Sir,

Today (Feb 11) I had 35 rupees of balance in my phone, and suddenly it happned to be zero. When i called the customer care, they told i've activated a ''game zone'', some value added service, so i asked what is game zone, where can i activate it, and the customer care dont know it, i askd if i subscribe to a value added service will i get a notification sms? yes they told, and i hav'nt yet got a sms telling me that i've subscribed to any kind of VAS, and i asked if they can refund the amount, they cant! all of a sudden i've lost my 35 rupees, and god knows what's next. Is there any kind of help am gonna get?
