Harsh behaviou

Dear sir,

i have activate rs 5 internet service at 12-feb on sunday but

they deduct my balance about 67 ruppees even when i have 45 mb

remains. n when i had complain about this, they block my customer care

service.

but again when i place a mail at Airtelpresence@in.airtel.com on Monday, February 13 12:26 PM, they don't take any action.

plz do something. it's now 3rd time in this month.

i request you to plz reund my balance, otherwise i will complain it officially
