Sir,
On 14th of Feb i did online recharge on my number i.e 8861100826 with the amount of Rs 200 at around 7pm and i received a message from the service which mentioned " Dear customer your request is under process. Please check balance after sometime, " but till now i did not get the balance and Rs 200 got deducted from my bank account. I have called the customer care regarding the same but they all are unable to sort out this.
So kindly take action as soon as possible.
